There is a place for everyone in our school and we try to be a shining light in our community.

At St Margaret’s Primary School, we always have a positive ethos which is underpinned by our strong Christian Values, which are consistently promoted in everything we do. Our children are taught to care for each other and understand that sometimes we all make mistakes and that it is important to show forgiveness and humility in order to grow in to a caring person and become a voice and ambassador for the future world.

We strive to prepare our children to go out into the world to make a difference to others. Knowing that even the smallest action by an individual can enhance people’s lives. Our SWITCH (See World Issues through Christian Hearts) Team led by our Christian Distinctiveness Worker help us to work on projects within our community and across the world. This year we raised funds to buy bicycles for young people in Uganda so they can get to school and get a good education. Regularly each Christmas we think of others and each class chooses a fund-raising project.
